WinXP calculator, games missing

Something has disabled the calculator and WinXP games (pinball, solitaire, hearts) on my PC. They are no longer visible from start\programs. I run Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware SE every week or so. Any ideas what could have disabled these programs and how to restore them?

 

Start, run, appwiz.cpl

Add/Remove Windows Components

Check Accessories.

If its already checked, uncheck it, run through the wizard and then recheck them and run the wizard again.

You may need the XP CD.

Your solution worked - thanks! I don't know what "unchecked" the XP accessories, but simply "checking" them in appwiz did the trick.

Just joined MajorGeeks a few minutes ago, which I ran into while researching antispyware. Anyway, thought I'd ask about my disappeared XP calculator . . . but a short search revealed your answer to Sailor's question about how to restore it (as well as the missing games). If you don't have the xp disc, is there another way to get the missing components? thanks
