WinZip error

I am trying to unzip a patch to the game Rome Total War, v1.3, using Winzip 10. For whatever reason, i get this message everytime:

Some data in my zip file is damaged, CRC check failed

(and then the error log shows this):

Extracting to "C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\"
Use Path: yes Overlay Files: yes
Extracting Rome Total War - patch 1.3.exe
CRC check failed
Error: Unable to extract "C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\Rome Total War - patch 1.3.exe".

The size of the extracted file (106955857) does not match the uncompressed size (106955778) recorded in the Zip file


Is there a way to fix this?

 

if you dl'd this file, try to redownload.
or try to unzip other zip file, if no error message from other zip file
theres really corrupt on that file

 

I've downloaded it maybe five different times and from at least three sites. What is crazy is that this isn't a rare or oblique file. It is an official patch for the game that, as far as I can tell, works great for everyone but me. I have already downloaded the 1.2 version just fine with the same winzip app.

I dont know why or how, but zip genius saved the day. AWESOME, and thanks

 

WinZip 9.1 would probably work also, seems to just be a version 10 issue.
