I got my computer back from the shop this morning from having an overheating issue repaired. The problem is that it will no longer connect to my wirless network.

The network shows up, the password is correct, wireless is enabled on the computer, but for some reason it is not connecting. All my other devices connect to that internet connection fine and my laptop will connect to a wireless network at work fine. It just seems to be with my home connection.

Tried all of the regular stuff, powering modem on and off, restarting computer ect. I would really rather not reset the modem unless I have too.

Any suggestions? The computer is a dell vostro 3700 laptop, running windows seven. The modem is a bell aliant firbre opp model.

Disregard. It works at work but not home so it isn't the wireless antenna.

Right click the wireless adapter in Device Manager and Uninstall. Then run Action > Scan for hardware changes and allow it to search for a driver. That usually fixes that particular issue.
