Wireless help

A friend of mine just called me, he has just moved into a student house and they have just had broadband put on (virgin broadband) there are 4 computers in the house all of them wireless and on XP they can all connect to the router but can't connect to the internet but when they are connected to the router via eithernet it will connect to the internet .

Any ideas why it won't connect wireless?

 

The Wireless is probably Not set correctly.
