So my wireless internet keeps getting disconnected... but the connection doesn't get disconnected, it says connected but i can't access any websites or if i'm using torrents, the download drops to 0... and this just happens randomly, most of the time i have to restart the laptop to make it work again...

I think there is a problem with my laptop, or my wireless card.. because my dad's laptop is next room and his works perfectly, the other laptop in our house works with no problems at all too...

I have been doin everything to fix this problem, i formatted the laptop but nothing helps...

    i hope someone can help

I doubt that your dad does torret.

You can fix it by doing torret with a wired computer.

my dad doesn't use torrents... but the connection problem happens even when the utorrent isn't running... in fact, the connection drops have been happening so often, i haven't even been using the torrents...

    Try a different location.
Flouresent lights, mobile phones cordless phones, fans and motors all interfere with wireless.

Check the Malware thread, "READ and RUN ME FIRST"

    Hope this helps.
