Been having this problem for a long time.
Using Logitech wireless mouse causes cursor to randomly judder, slow or no response then sometimes fine, though no definable pattern to the issues. Uninstalled reinstalled but no difference.
Replaced it with a wireless Kingston Track ball... same symptoms.
Replaced/upgraded the whole computer (for other reasons) STILL the problem persists.
A cabled mouse has none of these issues and works fine all the time. Can live with this but would love to use my trackball.
    Any ideas?
    OS Win 10
    No wifi card (cabled LAN)
    Wired Keyboard

    The logitech mouse https://www.logitech.com/en-us/products/mice/mx-anywhere-2s-flow.910-005132.html#specs
requires bluetooth. Apparently so does the Kingston. I only saw it on eBay.

If you start searching, you'll find lots of posts on lagging when using bluetooth mice on all sorts of hardware.

You might want to find a wireless mouse that is NOT bluetooth.
