I've set up a wireless network one laptop running Win XP and a desktop running Win XP... Prior to adding a wireless nic card into the desktop, the network places was fuctioning. Both systems saw each other and could do file and print shareing.

Now that I've added the wireless nic card to the desktop, the laptop can see the desktop, but the desktop cannot see the laptop.

I've tried to delete and add the network through the network config utility...
Now I think I need to check the wireless properties on the desktop...
Please let me know if this is a waste of time or if I'm headed in the right direction....

    Thanks

Oh yes one more thing... they both have access to the internet via the router and cable modem... that's working great...

Thanks Sarge, I'll give it a try...
It's also possible there is a conflict with the "windows wireless network" gui and Belkin's...

I'll post when I go through your list.
