Wireless Problems

    My internet is terrible slow. I'm connected to my schools wireless here at Rez. I contacted my Internet guys and they checked my computer through my physical IP Address. They send that I was sending out and receiving a ton of information and that's what is bogging me down. They said that it is a virus. Does anyone have any idea on what it could be? and how I would go about fixing it? Thanks!
