wireless spy cam

can anyone tell me how i can view my suviellance camera on the internet.
i set up my wireless cam at my store and want to view it at home via the internet.
i have a computer with internet at the store and i was thinking that i could wire the receiver to the computer and somehow view it at home.
how can i do that?

You can do it, but it gets complicated and viewing it over the net takes up a fair chunk of bandwidth, so you wouldn't want it streaming all the time or else your ISP might get mad at you.

From the sounds of it you don't have it plugged into a computer at all right now. Does that mean it's in a vcr? If that's the case you'll need some sort of capture card so that you can convert to a digital signal and then broadcast it from the computer.

If you don't actually have software to accomplish this properly then I guess your best bet is to simply use some video conferencing software to view it because buying the actual software to do it professionally could get expensive. Even just using an IM whcih supports video conferencing could work. You'd just need to setup some sort of auto accept on the store end so you could start a session from home.
