    Hey

Basically what i got is a wireless USB adapter. Its working fine but i noticed that its always in the saftley remove hardware icon. Is there any way i can get it off this thing because i dont plan on removing it.

    I have the latest drivers.

As far as I know the only way is to hide the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon.

Right-click the notification area, and selecting Properties. Under the Notification area heading, click Customize. Find the Safely Remove Hardware icon and select Always hide in the Behavior column next to it (press OK and Apply to back out).

The thing that makes me confused tho is i shouldnt have to get ride of the safely remove hardware thing.

Like when i installed it shouldnt it go away??

I have other things in the usb and they dont show up?

Your USB adapter has been flagged by windows as something that you would normally remove. Therefore, as far as I know, it will always stay in the "Safely Remove Hardware" box.

Someone please correct me if I'm sending out misinformation here.
