I have a computer that is a few years old, so i resently reformatted it to start over. It's never had wireless (always been plugged in before), so when i originally did the updates i used a friends wireless USB (i forget the brand right now). Anyway, i found my Belking Wireless G USB but when i plug it in the computer does a hard reboot. When i leave it in the computer can't start up fully (makes it to the windows screen and then hard reboots again).
Not sure what's causing it. Thought it was the power source so i switched it out with a better power supply, but it still does the same thing. It ONLY does it with the one wireless USB.
I know the obvious answer it to buy another usb, but that isn't an option at the moment.
    Thanks for your help!

A starting point would be to go into control panel click on system, hardware, device manager. Find the adapter you used for the initial install and delete it shut down and reboot, now follow the instruction that came with your adapter.
