Hey guys, I got hold of a wireless usb adapter without a driver disk. I was wondering that if I plugged it into a Windows 10 desktop, will Windows detect it so I can set up a wireless connection ? I've done it already with XP but I'm not sure if that still applies with Windows 10. Thanks

Windows will detect the Wi-Fi adapter but you'll have to install drivers.
You can let Windows find the drivers or visit the manufacturer's website and download the drivers.

Thanks Eldon, I knew about going to the manufacturers site but the old brain must have still been asleep. Thanks a lot for the speedy reply. See you around buddy.

    You're welcome.
If you have a problem, let us know, we can at least try and find the correct drivers.
