Wireless Zero Connection doesn't start automatically

I've opened 'services' and double clicked on WZC and set it to automatic, but it doesn't actually start automatically. I have an internet connection for a while, but whenever I lose it, since I can't control it through 'view available wireless networks', I have to restart WZC manually. This is very annoying and only started happening since I had a malware problem, which was recently fixed with help from the malware forum. I have a Dell Wireless 1390 WLAN Mini-Card. Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

 

I have the opposite problem I keep trying to disable mine and yet every time comp is turned on its back on automatic..

 

Are you certain there arent any third party configuration utilities installed? This could prevent WZC from loading automatically.
