with or without touch screen?

    hey everyone.. need advice about my new laptop do i buy it with or without a touch-screen?? and why??

    You might want to ask yourself if you prefer to constantly, every time, reach up and touch your screen to do anything.

    Or do you prefer to use a mouse which sits conveniently in your hand and requires minimal motion to access things.

    You can probably shut down the touch screen if you don't wish to use it.

    the problem is that i heared that windows 8 is created for touch-screens? and btw do you prefer toshiba or dell laptops?

    Personally, I have no preference for either brand, but some people like Toshiba for their reliability and other people prefer Dell for their video capabilities especially with an Nvidia GPU.

    so nvidia is better than ati? although both are 2gb?

    From what I've seen on MG's here, if people have gaming in mind then they seem to prefer the Nvidia chip over the ATI.

    I have a touchscreen and this is not an issue. The touchscreen laptops typically have a touchpad also and can be used with a mouse. There is no either-or choice.
