   Likely due to it being a process in which you choose options and the application automatically carries them out, kinda like when you dont know how to manually to a task its in part magically done for you. In say Microsoft Access their are many Wizards as many of the tasks are not easy for novices to create, same is in Windows for tasks like setting up Wireless Networks etc
