WLM Webcam problems

    When I'm on cam with my girl, it hangs a lot, both sound and video. So, I get this stuttering feed which is driving me insane. We've both cleaned out spyware and viruses, and checked our firewalls, and it's still being a pain. Is there something intermediate that could be causing this problem? It was doing well yesterday, the video was slower but the sound was a perfect stream.

    I'm running WinXP Pro, she's running WinXP Home. Both are SP2.
