wlnotify.dll comes in loggin while

while logging in my laptop wlnotify.dll always be there
i tried to search for this but couldnt get any solution
so i also tried the hijackthis
and followed all those things
could anyone help me fix this

and after this my video driver is not installing there is error for some other drives too
please help me with this

I tried all the process of cleaning the Xp as written in the site
as i proceed from all the three steps everything was going well but when i tried to run the Mgtool then there shows the error and it didnt run, i followed through all the process in the way as directed but i didnt got why it shows the error in running
