okay, so I recently bought a TV tuner for my Dell computer about two weeks ago ( I had my best buy discount so it was 36 bucks ) and it works really well for the most part. Expect for some reason the lips dont sync with the mouths. Some times its not bad, others its so bad I just want to throw my computer out the window. Anyone know what to do? Using windows media center
