    Hello all.

The Wmiprvse process has been plaguing my CPU for a couple of months now, it's finally time to solve the problem. It slows logon like crazy, consuming 100% at startup. After that, it kicks down to about 40/50% and remains there. Closing it does nothing. A little bit of my exploration found that it is linked to another process Ccmexec.exe, but I've got no idea on how to proceed. I'm 98% it isn't malware. I've been google-ing for hours and no solutions have really helped me. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Alright, I've downloaded this configuration tool and it asks for a server name. It's a university laptop, I'm not sure of this information. Any ideas?
