WMMUTIL.DLL error

Need some help...google was "fortunate" enough to send me some spyware infested sites for dll "fixers". So I came to the people that know their stuff.........so heres my problem, my sisters computer is still running on windows ME, she has the original WMM(windows movie maker) and she can't use it because of a WMMUTIL.DLL error, help is appreciated!

Or just try doing a safe reload of WinME by loading the CD while running Windows, and follow the prompts....
I found a link to WMMUTIL.DLL. I downloaded it, scanned with 3 different antivirus programs and 1 antispyware program and it came up clean. I then unzipped it, and did all the scans again, and again it was clean. Here's the link: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?wmmutil
