WMP 9 Help

    I was trying to get WMP to play DVD's but it said it needed a DVD decoder. So I downloaded K-Lite Codec Pack Full and installed it. The media player in that will play them, but I get a different error message in WMP.

    WMP is currently unable to play DVD video. Try decreasing the number of colors displayed on your monitor or decreasing the screen resolution.

    Then it says go to DVD troubleshooter, which is no help.


    Why can one play and not the other?

    The other player is fine, I was just curious what the problem was and how to fix it.
