WMP no video within Browser

Using WMP 10. I cannot view any videos within the IE browser. If there is a link to "save as" the video to the computer - I can save it and WMP plays the video fine from the hard drive.

But web sites that do not allow you to save the video file (cnn for example) I cannot view the video - I get the following screen shot (see attached).

I have uninstalled and reinstalled WMP 10. I made sure I had the setting to view videos in browser was enabled.
