WMP plays online videos in black and white

hey, when i try to play videos online through windows media player, it only comes up in black and white.

i've tried to get new plugin's, reinstall wmp, and all that stuff. I use mozilla, but i also tried it in ie, and it has the same problem...

any ideas?:cry

 

Go to :

"Tools"
"Options"
"Performances"
"Advanced Options"
now check the "Use High Quality Mode" box.

 

im sorry, but could you explain that with steps in either Mozilla, or the new version of IE?

 

I believe Lev was referring to WMP options.

 

Yes I did mean in WMP, since that is the software you said you were using.
