WMP Streaming cannot verify wmv9VCM.cab

    hello

    i cannot view video a number of webpages that contain wmv files.
    i get a message saying that windows cannot verify the publisher of wmv9VCM.cab, so it wont install it.

    Always the same file, no matter what site. however if i download the video file first it plays no problem. - just wont play automatically in the page....

    Should i have wmv9VCM.cab already, where did it go? and if i do need it how can i dowload it?
