Wmp wont look up cd info

    Wmp wont look up cd info ...
    I was using WMP10 and it wouldnt look up the info...
    So i upgraded to WMP 11.. and still the same problem...
    It opens a ie explorer window and tells me to enable automaticaly detect settings..
    Which i have and already knew to do that...I turned of my Firewall and still nothing...
    Does anybody know a fix to this....?????
