wmp9 problem

    hi all, can anyone tell me how to uninstall wmp9, i have looked in add/remove and its not there also in add/remove windows components, i found it but it did not uninstall, i have looked in program files\media player and there is no uninstaller, i have w2k pro sp4 with all available updates but my video files play 'upsidedown mirrored' i also have all the codecs, if i uninstall then reinstall maybe this will fix the problem, ta
