wnaspi32.dll for win98

why does my pc demand this file in EVERY cd burner application [nero/realplayer 10/a freebie burner called burn4free] I've tried. and also why have I read that this file is not for win98, even tho my burner keeps saying "need original windows wnaspi32.dll" or file is bad or broken.I've saved it to nero, system32, my shared folder and all I keep getting is this freakin window sayin "need original windows wnaspi32.dll" or file is bad or broken. also it goes to "this program has preformed an illeagle action and will be shut down".

 

You need to install the ASPI driver from adaptec so here the link:
