WNASPi32.dll

    Hi
    Had an error message coming up WNASPi32.dll is missing, so I downloaded it to my desktop and unzipped it, it seemed to go into settings something else then vidios, dont think this is right, can someone tell me where it should be, thankyou.

    Are you asking where you should put the dll file? If so, simply place it and any folder that is listed in the environment path variable.

    The most common place would be C:\windows\system32 but there are tons of others that would work.

    WNASPi32.dll this files go with burning software like nero or easy cd creator
    and the aspi driver from adaptec.

    try installing again those software if you have one of the three i mentions.

    Thankyou, I have extracted it into System 32, will try it in the morning.

    WNASPI32.dll is an ASPI file, which is required by burning software to communicate with your CD/DVD drive.

    The best way to fix corruption is to use FORCE ASPI.

    If the error appears when you start Nero, then you can either reinstall it, or download the file from their website, as Nero installs and uses it's own ASPI file.
