Wondering if anyone heard this?

I seen on the news that somewhere in north east part of the united states. Someone/someones/company cut the viber lines under the ground. And it cut the 911 out totally for long time, and it made internet go away for long time, same as cable and finally no phones? The people that did it cut like I believe like 4 places that made a square on a map. And "these people that did it" had to know"specifically" where to cut and how to do it. And just by 4-5 cut areas it knocked out big area.. with those issues... also another thing was they did it with a hand saw. And finally they believe it could be employees of company for the power stuff or.. they thought maybe its"a company" that did it because there contract was up this month actually:/ so its just kinda weird that this happen and they still have no idea..
