Wont Boot Up

    After fighting a virus all yesterday i finally started finding things, and after researching i found it could be in System Restore, so i turned it off and restarted for 15th time of the day, but now i cant get past the Packard bell loading screen, the only time i passed it last night was without Keyboard and Mouse but that wont work today.

    I have Windows Xp, 1.2GB RAM.
    I can run safe mode normally.

    Received help from a friend, a server admin. And have used Avant to remove more problems and now i can get to the logon screen but it freezes there.
    Unless he can help more i will try that above.
