Wont load account

Hi all.
I click on my icon at the welcome screen to load my account.
It hangs for a while before loading a temporary account.
I try a few times but the same thing happens.
The only way back in to my own account is to perform a system restore in the temporary account, then when the os restarts I click on my icon, it tells me 'system restore was incomplete and nothing has been changed', I click ok and all is back to 'normal'??
The only thing I can think that has been installed recently is a 'free' 10 day trial from the World of Warcraft site.
Anyone know of any issues with this?

Think you might be better off clicking on this link http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=208809 follow all the instructions then post the required logs then be patient " don't bump it only hurts " and the malware fighters will get you sorted and back up and running in no time !

I keep my system pretty clean and run regular scans so i'm not sure it is malware.
I'll try uninstalling the WOW client and see what happens.
I'll take your suggested route if all else fails but would be surprised if it is malware.
I was particularly interested to find out if any one else had had any grief with WOW.
It wont be any loss uninstalling it, i'm not very impressed anyway.
