Won't recognize me as admnistrator????

    I normally don't have problem downloading some Casinos. I have run into two on the Fortune group that when I'm downloading, it gets to about 97% and the Error comes up ....././you do not have authorization to make system configurations to this account. I am the administrator..This really is frustrating.
