   What set up file failed to run? Be specific. And what error are you geting when you try opening up word? What OS are you using, XP, Vista?

   im trying to run any setup,
   it just say im aready running a window installer and hv to wait till it finish
   which im not and im using a xp
   
   im not getting any message, it just freeze when i click on it, it loads the square and then it freezes
