woofer noise problem(please help!!)

just recently i started hearing like a radio station from my computer woofer...when i turn up the woofer volume is when i hear it, when the woofer volume low i cant...i tried disconecting the cable many times but it still does the same thing....you can barely hear the music...it makes that kind of noise when it doesnt pick up the radio signal...does anyone know how to fix this??

 

Check all connections, check your audio setup is correct on your pc.

i have had it for about 2 1/2 years

 

You might be picking up a close radio station in the speaker coil... Like how you can hear CBs on speakers if thare close....

 

is there anyways to fix this???

 

Not that i know of... thow maybe some googling will turn up somthing....

 

I haven’t had a need for one in a long while….they had filters for TV, at radio shack……might check there….wobbles
