Word 2002-Track Changes: Don't Show Deleted

Does anyone know of a way in Word 2002 to not view Deleted Changes?

Word 2003 has an option if you open Word, click on Tools, Options, Track Changes, Markup, Deletions, select (none). This way no deletions will show in the tracked changes.

Does anyone know how to do this in 2002? There is no option specifically for Deletions and I wanted to double check this before I suggest an upgrade to the user.

Thank you very much for providing the link. Unfortunately, it doesn't show a way of configuring the option I need which is to Track Changes, but to not show deletions. Good reference for my users though.
