Word 2010 background/image under text protection

I have 2 A4 sized images. I want to place 1st one as the backgroud image(or image under text) of the first page and 2nd one for the second page of the document. Also I need 2nd image appear on the 3rd page if document creator needs it to be more than 2 pages. Also I need to protect document so that people won’t be able to change the images and placement of the images. Is there a way to do this?

 

You will have to enact 'read only' file in the file menu, but you'll have to google to figure out how. But it can be done. Can you post images of what you are doing or trying to do?

Yes, you can:

Click Page Layout, then Page color, then fill effects. Click the tab Picture, then select Picture.
