Word doc wont open

I have a solution to "The language DLL 'VBE6INTL.DLL' could not be found." problem.
Just copy all files from directory
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Vba\Vba6\1049
to directory
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Vba\Vba6\1058

The solution you proposed to Nas is very smart and seems to solve very simply a very annoying troule.
I am experementing exactly the same troubles as Nas and have tried exactly the same solutions with no success. If I could avoid to go to Open Office, that would make me life easier. This is why I am considering very much your solution.

I followed the paths you gave and I don't find:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Vba\Vba6\1049
and
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Vba\Vba6\1058

But:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Vba\Vba6\1033
which contains 7 compiled HTML files with a yellow question mark
and
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Vba\Vba6\1039
which contains the same 7 compiled HTML files with a yellow question mark AND the VBE6INTL.DLL file!

Does it mean something for you?
Do you have any idea of how to shot that trouble?
