Can someone explain to me how to remove the 2nd page from this document?

    Thanks!

Is this some kind of joke? I opened that file. The content of the first page is nothing more than the number 11. What's up with your post here? It seems to belong in the spam bin.

Your using a trial version of a pdf to word program is what I see so you can only convert 3 pages and all we see is the shareware warning. Im sure there must be a pdf to word converter for free.

"You can only convert 3 pages with the trial version.
To get all the pages converted, you need to purchase the software from:"

OK, I guess I missed the point of the original post, which was easy to do since it was poorly explained. If the number 11 is the page number, it is not where I would expect to see it; it's not at the top or bottom of the page. And, when you say, "Can someone explain to me how to remove the 2nd page from this document?", that implies the entire document is 2 pages.

Major Attitude has interpreted your post and attachment differently. I see where he's coming from. If the number 11 is a page number, then you apparently started with an 11 page document, not a 2 page document. Is that right?

I've used two different freeware PDF converters and I've used both to convert documents up to about 12 pages and neither of them appends a notice at the end of document. The two converters are PrimoPDF and pdf995. You can PrimoPDF at http://majorgeeks.com/PrimoPDF_d5431.html and pdf995 at http://majorgeeks.com/Pdf995_d4511.html

    Hi

    What version of Word?

A little more explaination is needed, your sample is 2 pages long and to remove the 2nd page just highlight and delete the content, thus left with one page. If you are meaning say you have an 11 page document and you wish to remove page 2 then same as earlier, versy easy option is to delete the content of the page you want gone. If you have page numbering in the footer it will re-number after the deleting of the un-needed page.

I tend to do it this way as forever editing docs in work and add placeholder text.

or you can place the cursor just after the last bit of text on the previous page to the text you wish to keep, do this only if its the pages after the ones you wish to delete and press CTRL+SHIFT+END then DEL

If you are doing as MA has mentioned converting a PDF to a Word doc, then I have personally used this free app to do so (while at times it may not handle pdfs with multiple images ok, it still works fine and you can edit the images into align again) Hellopdf Free PDF to Word Converter *works in Vista, Windows 7 both 32bit and 64bit, should work in XP but I not tested.

The first page is just a marker. PLease disregard the 11.

My problem is, when I erase the content in the 2nd page the 2nd page does not disappear like normally. Its still there. Almost like its locked in some way.

    Im using Office 2010 beta

Ive tried that other PDF converter mentioned below but it does not work nearly as well. Any help would be great thanks!

I took your document, deleted everything on both pages using ctrl A, then delete, save to desktop, reopened, one blank page only??:wave
