Word Problems

Thanks for reading my post.

I am an online student and I'm taking an algebra course. My instructor posts some of our problems as Word documents. I am unable to read the complete document because the equations and various symbols, like the radical symbol, are missing when I try to view the documents.

I am using ME and somwhere along the way I lost Word and I don't have reinstall discs. So, I've downloaded AbiWord 2.4 as an alternative.

Unfortunately I still can't view the complete documents.
I also tried downloading Word Viewer 2003 but it won't work with ME.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Supposedly this is a way to convert Word documents to another format. Seems to be some stipulations involved though so good luck.

 

Go here and get an older version of Word Viewer: Microsoft Word 97/2000 Viewer
