Word Viewer 2003

    Hi, I installed Word viewer 2003 in my computer 'cause I don't have MS Office suit and sometimes need to view word documents. Now my Windows automatic updates is downloading and installing security updates for office 2003, some of which have failed to install. I like to know whether these updates are needed for a computer without MS office 2003. Please advice.
