Word XP Pro printing problems

When I print out of Word (Office XP Pro), my margins are all screwed up in that the text ends up starting approx. 1" off the left of the page edge or 2.67" to the right of page edge. Endless combinations of Page Setup/margins etc. do not fix this. Reinstalling printers do not fix this.

I don't know if its an Office problem or a printer problem....My guess is Office as other applications do not have this issue......any ideas?

Guessing at this, delete or rename the normal.dot file, let Word recreate it and see what happens

 

If you want to see if its an Office issue, try using wordpad to print out a doc and see if it happens.

I have Win XP Pro with MS Office Pro w/front page. I have documents with text and picutres. The text is ok but the pictures are only lines accross the page when viewed. What to do? delete ms word, reinstall? Find error & fix? searched ms but no luck yet. Rick
