I am setting up a 3 computer workgroup. The company currently doesn't have a login name and password on any of their computers when they boot up. They wanted to keep it this way. Is it possible to do this and still share files on the little three computer network (see a document on another computer in the shared folder)? They are all going to be hooked into a router.

Yes you can. Problem with not having a password on any of the systems, is that anyone can walk into the office and look up info that they should not be looking at.
