WormProblem with AresP2P and Panda AV

Since I have downloaded the newest Panda virus signature (the 29th or March), panda says that the ares.exe (ares = P2P program) contains the worm : w32/sdbot.COH.worm so panda desinfects it and hereby deletes the exe file. So, I uninstalled the rest of ares, and downloaded the whole thing again (only the program, no additional options) and the panda pops up again with the same worm. Do other AV programs give the same worm, or is it just Panda? And does n i 1 knows what to do about it? I cannot find anything on that worm either (which seems strange innit?)
