    Or the greatest disappointment.

I bought M.A.S.H. (the movie on DVD). :p What a crap movie.

I own all 11 series of M.A.S.H. on DVD and watched the movie after being a long time fan of the TV series.

I wonder how such a great TV series managed to be able to be devised using the movie as a basis. Great writers and actors, and Hot Lips (of course), I guess.

Greatest disappointment for me was The Blair Witch Project.

All the silly hype surrounding the release caused some let down but the movie itself was a piece of crap.

I agree with BirdBath, that Blair Witch Project was major c**p! The remake of The Amityville Horror was s**t as well but I 'm not a fan of remakes.

I enjoyed M*A*S*H, but then again I saw it long before the TV series came out.

I don't generally watch bad movies, having access to a plethora of reviews before I give my hard earned. I'll come up with my biggest disappointment after thinking about it for a while. My wife wants me off the net. So she can go on.

I have to disagree with that one, but then again, I have most of those series of films at home and am a huge fan of the Chinese Mythology series....

Aw man, Robocop is awesome! I have the Criterion collection on DVD. Sure it wasn't made the best, but it's Robocop! lol :D

    Worst movie ever? Gigli......

Funny! I loved it! My mom, who often enjoys the same movies I like (at least if they are not quite as action packed and filled with violence and guns) hated it as well. Surprised me a lot!

    For me, worst movie ever:

    Final Destination 2...

After 2/3 of the movie I couldn't take it anymore, so I told my date he could either leave with me, or stay if he preferred... :D I thought it was way too predictable, and the violence was tasteless and disgusting.

My date? He left together with me! When it came out on dvd he rented it and watched the end! :D

I love robocop 1 + 2 but the franchise was wasted with 3 same as Men in black 2,isnt so much they are terrible films they are just cash cows made because they know people will watch them and that really annoys me,you can always spot a cash cow when sequel to an awsome comes along and it only runs for 85 -95 mins they have done the bare minimum to get something on the shelves.

Final detination Two was awful good call, whats the point it keeps coming after you no matter what and your gonna die so why fight, its just an excuse to kill everyone off in spectacular fashion :mad :mad :mad

Hmmm, the most memorable bad movie for me was "Black Hole" by Disney. They had hyped it before the release as "adult" science fiction, and I LOVE science fiction. What a crock. I do believe that was Disney's low point.

My only regret is I didn't leave the theater while it was playing. I kept thinking, "Can't get any worse". It did.

  20. Solange

I was lured in to the theatre... The dude told me it was a science fiction comedy/action/thriller. I expected something in the line of T2. Boy was I disappointed. I never let him decide movies after that! :D

Not the wosrt ever but made one heck of an impression, Bonnie & Clyde back in '67. (Before ratings)
My brother & I, 8 and 10 at the time, were dropped off for a saturday matinee because our mother thought it was a cartoon version.
We both came out white as sheets from the last scene.:eek :eek :eek :eek

Plan 9 From Outer Space would have to be the worst Sci-fi movie I've ever had the huge displeasure of seeing. Quiet possibly the worst, most broken, cruddily made, el-cheapo, p.o.s. of all time (And that's just its good points! :p )

Starred Bela Lugosi, as an alien Ghoul thing, who in real life died during the making of this all-time fizzer - some say he died of embarrassment.

The movie looked like it was made in a garage on a $20 dollar budget. With such features as a hubcap thrown into the air for a flying saucer. This Turkey of a movie was too lame to even gobble.

My advice:- "Truly pathetic - Don't bother" rolleyes

I'm sure that him being a scientologist and the founder of scientology being the writer of the book had something to do with it...:rolleyes

Thats right folks, the founder of Scientology was a Sci-Fi writer....

Hmm, there are so many to choose from. Plan 9 was horrible, anything by Van Damme, Too fast too furious 11. Not a movie but Reefer Madness was so horrible it was funny. That's it for now.

Unfaithful...with Diane Lane and Richard Gere. Not only did it have the most boring plot ever...but it was like they ran out of production money and said..."OK, this looks like a good place to end the movie!!" and just cut it off!!

What a piece of crap it was!!

To ammend my previous post, I have to say that Monkeybone was the worst movie ever.

It was so bad that I blocked it out of my mind until the other night at work. We were talking about this thread and that movie came up....... *shudder* thought it would be like a newer version of Roger Rabbit (loved it) and let's just say that it was nowhere close.

I have thought and thought, there are just too many. I grew up in San Francisco where every neighborhood had it's own movie theater, plus all the major ones along Market St. Movies was the main form of entertainment back then. Plus between movies there was live entertainment on stage. (When home we watched the radio.)

The first Matrix movie was pretty good, but they couldn't maintain it IMO.

I liked the Lord of the Rings, but I did have some trouble with my mental belief circuits watching the human horseman charging set pikes, and making it through. Pikes were designed for calvery. Guess its kinda funny when I think about it, the Eint and wizards didn't bother me at all...

Does no one remember the movie "Bebe's Kids?"confused If you never saw it, you have saved two precious hours of your life. It was bad enough that they made it into a movie, but they also made one of the most horrible NES games of all time out of it as well.:puke In fact, it was the only game in Nintendo history to receive a score of ZERO in "Nintendo Power," as well as the lowest scores possible in most other reviews.roflmaoroflmao Even the "Super Mario Brothers" movie was better. Believe me, that's reaching pretty far.;):p

Let alone get Diane Keaton to "act?" in it. She must have been desperate to get on screen.
