Would like Ram to run at designated speed

Built my new rig with the following specs:
E8400 @ 3.6 Ghz @1.224v, Cooler Master Hyper 212 cooler
Asus P5Q SE2
2Gigs Corsair DDR2 PC2-8500-1066 @ 4-4-4-12 800mhz 2.10v
4870 775/950 OC
Antec Nine Hundred Case
Cooler Master 650W Psu
All is running fine but I can't get the ram speed any higher. I am a complete noob at overclocking so I'm happy to get it as high as it is, I'm just surprised that the ram is rated at 1066 yet only runs at 400 stock. So my question is, what else can I do to get the most out of the ram?

 

For the few of us new to OC'ing memory, I raised the las# to 5-5-5-15 and achieved the 1066 I was after :-D.
