If a person started a home business like CustomComputerSystems for example, got a business discount through newegg, and bought the parts to build systems, could they then give them a name like pwnimus maximus lol....and sell them as a system built by their "company"? I hope this makes sense cause I suck @ explaining things lol. Also what do you need to be considered a business? Any input would be great on this.

I think that would be considered legit since they're not re-packaging built PC from a manufacturer. Building from scratch and buying parts from multiple companies is fine, and some big companies even do that since they don't manufacture their own parts.
For a business, you need a business license which can be obtained locally.

    And, a D.B.A. wouldn't be a bad idea, either. Or form a Sub-S corp.
