Would you recommend I buy this Barebone kit?

    The power supply seems a bit on the small side, but within limits if you keep it basic. I figured in a SATA hard drive, DVD burner drive and one 80mm case fan for cooling in addition to your barebones kit (it assumes you use a stock CPU cooler) and got 249 watts at peak usage. If you plan on a high capacity CPU cooler, add on video card, or more PCI cards and drives, this PSU may be too small. This should help you figure out what kind of power you may require for the system you plan on building:

    I think it should be just about fine if you are careful with the number of addons you include, and if you are fully aware that you will have to purchase and install extra components to make the system work.

    Also, make sure you buy some thermal paste!:)
