WOW again

    Everything fine on both PC & laptop till I loaded Cataclysm - download £26+ but see it only £19 PC world loll
    Comes the blag on a new patch to be accepted Yes or No
    I have graphics OK and sound OK but mouse cursor has changed to a fist and
    will not move. I have NO problems with anything else including SL After numerous tickets WOW give me a several page list of what to do,
    I want to play the game not become a computer geek - the problem is on both
    my machines. Any bright simple ideas before I write WOW off ?:(
