Wow Blanks Moniter

Anyone having problems with World of War craft crashing with black screen ? if so do you have any ideas on a fix?

 

It will help if you at least tell us about your hardware and operating system.

I have tried all the normal things.. I think.. updated windows and drivers, checked firewall, direct line from modem. ethernet , tried 2 different monitors.. one to computer monitor 2nd HDMI to a TV. ..I Uninstalled Battle.net and World of Warcraft, reinstalled and downloaded updates..I have tried sound off and on, I have tried. Turning graphics down in game. Different resolutions still same Hard crash.. Monitor loses signal and goes black. if there I was music or sound that continues for a minute or so. non response keyboar d. I am only able to hard turn off

Yes, I do apologize if I typed something wrong. the game was running absolutely beautiful . . I could turn all graphics and sounds up.. for over a month has. I generally kept everything around 5 1-10 scale just because the amazing graphics were almost distracting. I know it worked as of 10-24-16.
Note: Intro movie or and Cinematicsee run beautiful

 

If the game ran without problems then maybe a Windows update (it won't be the first time) is responsible.
