Wsappx Service Consuming Cpu - What Else Can I Do?

System: Windows 10 Home 64 bit, version 1909 OS build 18363.476

There is plenty of info online about how to fix wsappx consuming cpu resources. I followed much of this advice. But sometimes when I hear my laptop's fan take off, sure enough, wsappx has reared its ugly head. This is what I did:
(1) group policy editor: user configuration > administrative templates > windows components > store > turn off the store application --- set this to Enabled
(2) Microsoft store app: settings > update apps automatically --- turn this Off
(3) registry editor: go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft --- create key "WindowsStore" with Dword "RemoveWindowsStore " set to "1"
(4) Reboot

Is there anything else I can do? Did I do anything wrong?
